Hormone Yoga is a natural and easy-to-use series of exercises to harmonize the hormonal balance. Ideal for women with hormonal imbalance, e.g. menopause, thyroid problems, but also in the infertility or PMS.
It's not about perfect postures
Don't worry: It's not so much about perfect yoga asanas, but much more about getting the system moving again - a kind of organ massage from the inside - i.e. all hormone glands, but especially also the abdomen and pelvic floor, in short all organs and glands that are necessary for a balanced hormone system.
It's fun - because it works, even more so!
Therefore, my approach is: not only do I teach you how to successfully apply Hormone Yoga for yourself, but we practice together and regularly in such a way that you can stay on the ball without putting yourself under pressure to experience the successes and changes directly, this motivates you in such a relaxed way to continue practicing later on your own in the long term, or you simply stay in my class as long as you want.
We all probably know how it feels when you "should" be doing a lot of things, but lack the motivation, especially to get through the initial period until momentum is built up and practicing then feels as easy and fluid as anything else "natural".
Serious improvements often show up after just a few days of practice, because Hormone Yoga is extremely effective.
It should practice the exercise series at the beginning ideally 4-5 times a week. After about 3 months, you can easily maintain the performance level with about 3 times a week.
This is really feasible for everyone, but even easier together! The duration of the exercise series settles at about 35 minutes, if you can do the exercises fluently.
So we meet online in a group several times a week! This is much more fun than doing it alone and helps you to stick to it until you don't want to miss it anymore and it has become a beloved routine for you.
What if I am pregnant?
If you are not sure whether you might be pregnant, you simply don't do some specific exercises or do them in a modified form that I show you naturally and you replace intensive breathing exercises with natural breathing. I will explain to you everything that is necessary.

I have been practicing HormonYoga according to Dinah Rodriguez for over 16 years now and am completely enthusiastic about the efficiency and the positive effects it has had and still has on me. For this reason alone, I would like as many women as possible to learn Hormon Yoga.
