GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SABINE OEL-COCCO

1. SCOPE AND SUBJECT OF THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sabine Oel-Cocco, hereinafter referred to as "Organizer", offers mainly paid services in the field of Coaching, AKAWA - Accelerated Kundalini Activation (energy work) / Aurachirurgie (spiritual healing), Hormone Yoga and Hypnosis. The present General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are applicable for the purchase of all courses, seminars and retreats directly bookable and payable online on the website www.sabineoelcocco.com, in addition/differently also for events or retreats abroad.

For individual sessions in the field of hypnosis/coaching/aura surgery/therapy individual agreements apply, points 6. and 7. are also applicable here (personal responsibility/liability).

2. GENERAL

For the implementation of all online and live AKAWA and yoga courses, workshops, events, as well as other events, the following general terms and conditions are considered agreed upon. At the latest with the binding registration, these terms and conditions are considered legally binding and accepted by the course participant.

3. COSTS, PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

The current prices for courses and other events can be found under the respective services at www.sabineoelcocco.com. Booking and registration for all offers bookable there, are legally binding.

4. CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF CANCELLATION (REFUND)

The full payment for all online offers is always made in advance online via the payment provider Stripe, PayPal or (on request) bank transfer. Non-payment of the course fee is not considered a cancellation. After booking/payment, the participant will receive a booking confirmation via email. Places are allocated in the order in which registrations are received. I.e. in case of limited places, it may not be possible to book at short notice. Live event: travel, meals and accommodation are the responsibility of the participant.

4.1
Refunds for Online Sessions/Courses/Events/Private Lessons of the course fee are as follows:

Online events not attended at short notice cannot be made up without timely cancellation and will not be refunded. In case of absence, due to illness, technical problems, bad internet connection and other reasons or in case of cancellation of the event, there is no claim for reduction, replacement or refund.

Cancellations for already paid online sessions/courses/events/private lessons will only be accepted if the corresponding information is received by e-mail, at least 24 hours before the appointment. A free rebooking to another date is possible at any time if the deadline is met.

4.2
Refunds for single lessons/half-day/full-day/weekend live sessions/courses/events of the course amount are regulated as follows:

up to 15 days before the start of the event: 75% of the course fee
up to 10 days before the start of the event: 50% of the course fee
less than 5 days before the start of the event: 0% of the course fee

Events not attended at short notice cannot be made up without timely cancellation and will not be refunded. In case of absence (illness, other reasons) or cancellation of the event, there is no claim for reduction, replacement or refund.

In the case of a prevention of participation in single lessons/half-day/full-day/weekend live sessions/courses/events, the participant has the possibility to find a substitute. This under written notification by e-mail, stating the name/first name and e-mail address of the substitute person. It is at the discretion of the organizer to accept or reject this person as a substitute participant.

4.3.
Refunds for multi-day live seminars / retreats are as follows:

up to 60 days before the start of the event: 75% of the course fee
up to 30 days before the start of the event: 50% of the course fee
less than 15 days before the start of the event: 0% of the course fee

In case of cancellation of participation in Live Seminars / Retreats lasting several days, the participant has the possibility to find a substitute. This must be done by written notification via e-mail, stating the name/first name and e-mail address of the substitute person. It is at the discretion of the organizer to accept or reject this person as a substitute participant.

4.4
The organizer reserves the right to cancel events - even at short notice - in case of illness or unforeseeable circumstances. Participants will be informed as soon as possible by e-mail. If the event does not take place, the course costs will be refunded or, with agreement, held on another day/place/time.

4.5.
In order to run our courses under optimal conditions, we set a minimum and a maximum number of participants for live events. In case of insufficient number of participants, the live event will not be held and the course cost will be refunded or held on another day/place/time with agreement. If the live event is cancelled/postponed, participants will be informed as soon as possible, or notified by email at least 3 days in advance.

5. ELIGIBILITY, PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Before participating in courses/seminars offered by the organizer, each participant must complete an online registration form. With the registration, the terms and conditions are considered accepted. The participant confirms that there are no health concerns for participation. Self-responsibility and normal mental and physical resilience and condition are required for all courses.
Epileptics are generally advised not to participate in AKAWA sessions or to undergo hypnosis.

Each participant takes part in the offers on his own responsibility, so that it is also at the discretion of the respective participant to seek medical advice. In the case of acute physical or psychological problems, it should be clarified with a doctor beforehand whether participation makes sense.
Drug use and/or the use of strong and/or psychoactive medications preclude participation in any of the services I offer.

AKAWA, aura surgery, hormone yoga and hypnosis can have a healing effect on the physical, mental and psychological condition and serve to activate self-healing powers. However, they do not represent medical or psychotherapeutic treatments.
I am not a doctor / alternative practitioner. My services do not include healing, curative treatment or diagnosis and do not replace medical and/or psychotherapeutic diagnosis and/or therapy by a doctor/psychiatrist.

Contraindications for AKAWA

• Epilepsy
• Pregnancy: pregnant women can normally participate in AKAWA up to the 6th month, after that prophylactic participation in AKAWA sessions is not recommended.

Contraindications for Hormone Yoga:

• large fibroids
• advanced endometriosis
• hormonal breast cancer
• the first period after all abdominal surgeries
• after heart operations
• acute heart disease (here only adapted to the health situation)
• first 3 months after childbirth
• in case of pregnancy most parts of the Hormone Yoga Therapy can be practiced (with special restrictions). From the 6th month onwards it is prophylactically not recommended to participate in Hormone Yoga.

6. LIABILITY
The organizer does not assume any liability, especially under the title of compensation for damages is expressly excluded. The organizer assumes no liability whatsoever, in particular no liability in the event of concealment of any physical or mental ailments that make participation in AKAWA sessions, hormone yoga courses or hypnosis inadvisable.

The use of the premises and offers is at the participants' own risk. No liability is assumed for valuables brought by participants or other damages incurred. The participants themselves are responsible for sufficient insurance coverage. The organizer cannot be held liable for theft or loss of items.

The course management reserves the right to refuse participants if the course management is of the opinion that the health or psychological requirements for participation in the course are not met. This refusal can also be made at short notice or even during ongoing courses. In case of refusal of the participant due to concealment, the course fee will not be refunded to the participant.

7. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE, PLACE OF JURISDICTION, APPLICABLE LAW

Swiss law applies; for any disputes, an arbitration board will be consulted in a first instance. In case of further disagreements, which cannot be settled with the arbitration board, the exclusive jurisdiction of the respective court of the Canton of Thurgau within the scope of their respective value jurisdiction is agreed upon.

Should individual partial provisions of these General Terms and Conditions, as well as any individual contracts to be concluded, be or become void, ineffective or contestable, the remaining (partial) provisions shall remain unaffected and shall then be interpreted or supplemented in such a way that the intended economic purpose is achieved as closely as possible in legal terms.

Verbal collateral agreements are not made. Changes and additions to these GTCs must be made in writing.

8. DATA PROTECTION
The organizer undertakes to treat personal data and information confidentially and not to pass them on to third parties. Likewise, the participant agrees to keep information about other course participants confidential.

With the registration the participant agrees that the organizer can use the given data (personal data like name, first name, mail address, booked events etc.) for own purposes (newsletter, information about new offers etc.). The organizer does not pass on your data to third parties. The data protection information on www.sabineoelcocco.com applies.

The organizer uses photos/videos/recordings of group events on its own website or on social media on which participants may be recognizable. If this should have happened against the will of a person, he/she can demand that his/her person be made unrecognizable on the material. Further and own claims can not be asserted.
